With the development of ribbons made of high-performance materials and dedicated to embossing and shearing, many fields have been increased in this category of molds. In our factory we also have the department for blanking, in order to carry out the testing of the molds and for the production of series of parts to further reduce the leadtimes for the production.

We used plastic material as to indicate all those materials composed by, as main ingredient, an organic substance with a high molecular weight. Plastics today represent a boundless universe of solutions and types of materials that have aroused a deserved interest in all production processes. This is due to the mechanical and technological properties and the vastness applications in which they have demonstrated very good performance. We can offer mirror polishing and specific photoengraving of plastic molds.

Our technical office is at your disposal to model products starting from an idea or a concept or creating a 3D model from an already existing item, for instance we can develop the objects from historical / artistic recoveries or coming from dated molds that do not exist paper or digital documentation. We are also equipped to manage renderings and settings of objects.
To test the functionality and verify the overall dimensions or aesthetic appearance, it is sometimes necessary to physically produce one or more pieces in a plastic or metal material to create a “sample” for the various technical and aesthetic tests.
The molds made are designed in our technical department using the CREO software and by creating both the 3D models and the tool paths, we have reached the maximum leadtime production.
Optimizing production processes, reducing processing times and avoiding downtimes are the drivers used every day to design our equipment. Several types of unlocking / locking pieces, calculation and choice of the most convenient tool type allows us to be a 360 degree partner for all companies working in the mechanical machining fields. Our factory has the possibility do test and develop the different solutions on a work center or lathe, for the good results on the first installation by the customer.
The world of the construction of new molds goes around the maintenance and processing of existing molds that need to be repaired or only revised due to long periods of inactivity or for the heavy work carried out in a certain period. We are available during your scheduled downtimes to prepare the equipment. Our customers will be able then to face long periods of work without inconveniences.
It happens that for urgency, for particular quality requirements or for little series, it will be decided to produce the products directly from a block of solid material by removing the access material by milling until reaching the final result. Moreover, when our customers need aesthetic pieces, we have an internal department dedicated to the finishing and polishing with the possibility also to carry out galvanic treatments.
